Tracey is a community builder and sustainability specialist. She has developed and driven sustainable development projects across Australia. Tracey has a long-term commitment to address social change through building the capacity of individuals, communities and organisations through citizen-led policy development. She deliberately partners with a diverse range of clients and collaborators to deliver innovative outcomes with a focus on sustainable development, collective impact and complex adaptive systems. Her aim is to foster a 21st century that works for every community and every one.
Tracey has over twenty years board and chair experience across government and not-for-profit boards and a strong understanding of how to navigate contemporary governance and risk issues. She currently sits on the Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Board, including the Executive Committee and Audit Committee; the Queensland Electrical Safety Board Education Committee; and is an appointed Champion for the International Association for Public Participation.
Tracey holds qualifications in sustainable development, organisational development, public participation, governance, communications, auditing, mentoring and disaster counselling.
