Tracey has a passion for, and qualifications in, organisational Development and change management. We work with CEO’s, Managers and Boards to restructure for sustainable organisational outcomes. We particularly like working with middle management to build their capacity, enabling them to meet the challenges of a changing work environment and to lead and develop their teams.
We have a unique methodology that combines scenario testing, a systems approach, components of collective impact theory and change management.
Amongst clients we have worked with are Mission Australia, the Queensland Building Services Authority, a leading Women’s network, Aged Care facilities, and Indigenous organisations. Following Queensland Local Government amalgamations in 2007, Tracey managed the transition and change process for the amalgamation of two north Queensland councils.
We can also assist Not-for-Profits, associations and small businesses with the development Human Resource and Governance policies, procedures and guidelines and workforce planning.
