We provide consultancy and advisory services and training to government departments (including local government), organisations and community groups which are seeking support and advice on the implementation of Collective Impact (CI) initiatives.
Tracey has worked as an expert strategist and advisor on CI programs, providing extensive research, planning, development and implementation of CI governance, operational, communications and engagement aspects. She has devised communications and engagement plans as well as Community plans for CI initiatives.
As well as advisory services our Collective Impact training provides an opportunity for participants to explore what it is to be part of a collective, how to develop your CI initiative with your community and stakeholders and unpack what CI could look like in your target community. If you work with multi-faceted stakeholder groups, gaining an understanding of Collective Impact may benefit how you approach this work.
